No bank login. A card for the Pro Personal trial, then a plan you can cancel. Invoices live on Pro Business. If something still isn’t clear, write to us from the app.
No. You enter bills and pay in yourself. Billify never logs into your bank, never reads transactions, and never categorises your shopping. A picture you control — not another feed of noise.
The demo is free and shows the full product with sample bills. It resets. To keep your own ledger, start Pro Personal — 7 days free, then £3.99 a month or £39.90 a year. Pro Business has no trial.
You add a card and receive 7 days of Pro Personal. Nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel in Account before then and you won’t be billed. After that you stay on the plan you picked, until you cancel.
You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. After that you can still log in, but the dashboard waits behind Upgrade — your bills aren’t deleted. Resubscribe and they’re there.
Pro Personal is your household ledger: unpaid, settled, leftover, savings, and arrears. Pro Business includes all of that, then adds up to 5 business accounts. Invoices and templates are on Business only — each company gets its own invoice book, colours, and leftover, never mixed with home.
Mark your main pay and set the date money came in. “This pay” runs from payday to payday, not the 1st to the 31st. Future repeats follow that date.
Yes — on Pro Business. Save a template with your details, write drafts, mark sent or paid, and download a copy. Paid invoices can be added to income so leftover stays accurate. Pro Personal does not include invoices.
It’s on the web today, on your phone or desktop. Native iOS and Android are on the way. A real account on Pro Personal or Pro Business is the same ledger you’ll open in the apps when they land.
